Programs and Services
Kemp Mill Village is a volunteer-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides programs and services designed to strengthen caring and supportive relationships, and to help its members remain in their homes for as long as they wish.
Services provided by trained volunteers may include providing transportation to appointments, shopping, and social engagements, delivering prescriptions and groceries, minor household tasks and technology assistance, friendly home visits and calls, and assistance attending religious services. The Village also arranges social events, lectures and programs based on shared interests.
The Village coordinates its programs and services with those provided by other organizations serving the Kemp Mill neighborhood. A Village website and newsletter disseminate news and information about Village and community affairs.
The bonds of neighborhood are strong in Kemp Mill. Village programs and services will help them grow even stronger by organizing and focusing sources of assistance for Village members and the entire Kemp Mill community.
